I’m a doctoral prepared nurse practitioner dually board certified in psychiatry/mental health and advanced practice holistic nursing. With over 2 decades of experience as a licensed registered nurse and over a decade of experience as a licensed nurse practitioner, I have thousands of hours of specialty clinical experience serving people with diverse backgrounds, identities, and healthcare needs.

Long term healing is a science and an art that occurs when we can co-create a plan with the best combination of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions to support your wellness and whole health.
