"I really appreciate how I was treated and able to get the help I needed."
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, DNP, APRN, PMHNPBC, APHNBC (she, her)
I’m a doctoral prepared nurse practitioner dually board certified in psychiatry/mental health and advanced practice holistic nursing. With over 2 decades of experience as a licensed registered nurse and over a decade of experience as a licensed nurse practitioner, I have thousands of hours of specialty clinical experience serving people with diverse backgrounds, identities, and healthcare needs.
Psychiatric medication can be an important part of healing and recovery, and often, medication is not the only answer. Long term healing is a science and an art that occurs when we can co-create a plan with the best combination of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions to support your wellness and whole health.
Your voice and goals are central to this process. The more I practice, the more I find that my patients have as much or more to teach me as I have to teach them. You are the expert on your own body, and I will always honor your experience. Schedule is open now for appts beginning August 12, 2024.
